Delete your data

You can have everything no42 holds about you deleted at any time. It takes one email.

If you have access to the no42 preview

1. Email privacy@no42.ai from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Within 30 days we delete your access, radar tasks, watched pieces and followed brands, and confirm by email. Your sign-in stops working at once.
3. You can remove radar tasks and followed brands yourself at any time on the Radar and Brands pages.

Threads and Instagram

You can't sign in to no42 with Facebook, Instagram or Threads, and we receive no data about you from Meta. Through Threads' official API we read public posts that mention fashion words, to count how often each word comes up; we keep the counts, not the posts or who wrote them. There is nothing about you to delete there.

If you connected the no42 Threads app to your own Threads account, you can disconnect it in Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → Active → Remove next to no42 threads. We then stop receiving anything from your account.

Brands

A brand that would rather not appear on no42 can write to privacy@no42.ai, and we remove its information.
